Hỏi: Chị T thường xuyên bị chồng đánh, Ä‘uổi ra khỏi nhà, hàng xóm khuyên chị nên đến cÆ¡ sở trợ giúp bạo lá»±c gia đình để được tÆ° vấn, trợ giúp. Theo quy định của Luật Phòng, chống bạo lá»±c gia đình thì có những cÆ¡ sở trợ giúp nạn nhân bạo lá»±c gia đình nào?

Theo Điều 26 Luật Phòng, chống bạo lực gia đình năm 2007 quy định cơ sở trợ giúp nạn nhân bạo lực gia đình là nơi chăm sóc, tư vấn, tạm lánh, hỗ trợ những điều kiện cần thiết khác cho nạn nhân bạo lực gia đình. Cơ sở trợ giúp nạn nhân bạo lực gia đình bao gồm:

- Cơ sở khám, chữa bệnh;

- Cơ sở bảo trợ xã hội;

- Cơ sở hỗ trợ nạn nhân bạo lực gia đình;

- Cơ sở tư vấn về phòng, chống bạo lực gia đình;

- Địa chỉ tin cậy ở cộng đồng.
